Debbie Loffman: Broker/Owner/Regional Property Manager
Taking advantage of an opportunity to sell her tenant screening company, Debbie got her Broker's license and started Loffman Property Management in 2004.
With a strong background in business and tenant screening, Debbie is careful that good tenants be placed in each of the properties the company manages and that
none of the rentals are neglected.

As founder of Landlord Protection Service, Debbie was the first person to own and operate a tenant screening company in Northern California.
The business collected eviction notices in every courthouse in Northern California and landlords would call to see if their prospective tenant had ever been evicted.
The company grew to 11 employees with four franchises in different states.
Tom Loffman: Realtor/Co-Owner/Computer and Technology Support
Prior to his real estate career, Tom worked as a TV Meteorologist for almost 30 years. Locally he was seen on three stations: Channel 3 (KCRA), Channel 13 (KOVR), and Channel 31 (KMAX).
He has published three weather books and taught meteorology at Sacramento State University. Tom graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Climatology. His area of specialty was Climate Change.
Tom is committed to providing the same level of service and excellence to
real estate and property management clients that he provided in weather forecasting.
He has finished 9 marathons and is a faithful Sacramento Kings fan.

Tom has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and joined his wife Debbie in forming Loffman Properties.
His extensive technical and computer skills give our company a competitive edge. He is our web site designer, maintains our computers, and makes sure our
rental ads are the absolute best in the industry.
Ali Browning: Office Manager/Accounting/Bookkeeping
She helps us maintain our financial records and is an expert at running our property management software.

Charity has been in the service industry for more than 20 years and is known for her attention to detail and careful consideration of the needs of her clients.
She shares duties as a leasing agent and specializes in the timely handling of maintenance requests and/or answer any other questions or concerns our clients
and tenants might have. Charity is always happy to serve in whatever capacity she is needed and will always greet with you with a positive and friendly welcome.
She lives in Lincoln and is happily married and has two awesome sons and a precious daughter at home.
